Victoria has come back to her beloved Yorkshire following a career in Global Sales and Marketing at brands Burberry, Google, Microsoft and Motorola. Obsessive about the final product and how that works for modern lifestyles, she is determined that every single V&A Home is something she herself would be proud to call home today and in years to come.

Victoria and the V&A team are eager to understand the needs of the individuals and families that will live in V&A Homes.

Since graduating from Leeds University, Aiden has dedicated 20+ years to building the Bradford based family business that now provides jobs for 400+ people and turns over c.£55+m. As Managing Director of the Construction Group Aiden has successfully conceived of and overseen a number of businesses that continue to grow within the group.

As Commercial Director, John is committed to ensuring your V&A Home exceeds your expectations in every way. He has built outstanding relationships with our partners and suppliers thus ensuring every physical item is of the highest standard. Originally from the North East of England he first moved to Yorkshire to study Quantity Surveying at Leeds and has since settled in Wetherby.

Originally from the South of England, Fran travelled the world as a global marketing specialist but unsurprisingly came to the conclusion that Yorkshire is the place to be. Responsible for marketing all our developments, Fran plays a key role in sharing what makes V&A Homes so special to as wide an audience as possible. She is passionate about the business and promoting the people behind the brand.

Achieving two first class honours degrees in Architecture and membership of RIBA, Richard brings a wealth of design experience and understanding to our team which allows him to work with our external design teams to deliver the highest quality design concepts for all V&A Homes. He is skilled in transferring our aspirations into reality through the construction process thus ensuring the end product is as we want it for your arrival. He returned home to Yorkshire, having also spent many years in the North East, where he now lives with his wife and three young sons.

Hailing from and living in North Yorkshire with his wife and son, Richard has over 30 years experience in the Construction Industry in various leadership roles. As Operations Manager for V&A Homes, Richard is responsible for the overall delivery of each development project. Excellent technical knowledge alongside rigorous attention to detail allow him to ensure each home is completed to the standards we expect at V&A Homes and so perfect for when you take ownership and are met by our team for your welcome tour of your new home.

Jonathan has worked in the Construction industry for 15 years, with hands on experience in managing projects across multiple sectors. Having worked for the Moortown Group for the past nine years, Jonathan has taken responsibility for Safety, Environment and Quality matters, becoming their Group Health, Safety and Environment Manager. Jonathan strives to ensure that the business remains at the forefront of safety innovation, and aims to achieve an exemplary standard of safety for V&A Homes.

Dave definitely wins the prize for most diverse experience here at V&A Homes and that’s what makes him unique. Projects he has worked on range from building oil rigs, helicopter pads and new facilities for the RAF as well as multiple shopping centres, hotels, houses and hospitals. Now Technical Manager for V&A Homes, Dave is critical to our bespoke design process thereby enabling us to offer you a well made investment in a V&A Home. He challenges the norm and questions whether there’s more that we can offer at every stage. He models our projects up front so the team can work to ensure it’s perfect at the hand over stage.

A Chartered Accountant with an Honours Degree in Business Studies, Graham has spent over 30 years, at Finance Director level, in the Construction industry and has spent the last eight with Moortown Group helping to drive and grow the success of that business. We are thrilled that he now brings his vast experience, pragmatism and technical knowledge to the V&A Homes team.

Born and bred in North Yorkshire, Dave brings a lifetime of local knowledge to V&A Homes as well as 20 years’ experience in the building and construction industry. As our multi-trade foreman, he is one of those skilled individuals who can turn his hand to almost anything and provides solutions to the trickiest of problems. When not working, Dave is kept busy with his seven children and four grandchildren.

We are really excited that Ethan has joined the V&A team as an apprentice carpenter. Currently he is combining working alongside his dad, Dave, while studying carpentry at York College. It is a real privilege to be able to support Ethan at this stage in his career. He is a real talent, and we are looking forward to seeing him develop.

Like many of our team, Jon is home-grown. He grew up in the Harrogate area and after his university studies took him first to Oxford and then Greece he returned to Yorkshire. With more than 20 years’ experience, Jon is a highly skilled town and country planning specialist. He has a keen eye for identifying prime development opportunities and a meticulous approach to managing the planning approval process.

Born and bred in Yorkshire, Claire graduated with a degree in paediatric nursing from the University of Leeds. She spent eight years as a nurse, but after the birth of her own two children she decided to have a break from the wards and joined a family-run construction business. The NHS’ loss is definitely our gain and as well as being our valued accounts administrator, Claire has recently taken on an additional role in customer care.
