  • Fall in love with your new V&A Home. We can then help you to sell your current home, by instructing local estate agents to carry out a valuation for you. We will agree a selling price with you, then work closely with the estate agents to market and sell your home within an agreed time frame. There is no reservation fee to pay at this stage.

  • When a buyer is found for your current property, who can proceed within the initial agreed time frame, you can then reserve your new V&A Home, with a reservation fee and an agreement.

  Mortgage Advisors
  
  
  

  • We can help to suggest independent mortgage advisors that specialise in new build properties, to help you achieve an exchange within the 28 day reservation period on your new V&A Home.

  Pay the Estate Agent Fees
  
  
  

  • Once the exchange has been completed and the house is legally yours to move in to, we will pay the estate agents fees.
